In Janet’s own words

My brother James.

I helped my brother James lose over 30-40 pounds from October 2024, and stood by his side throughout his battle with stage 4 cancer, guiding him with nutrition, supplements, and various holistic therapies. I helped create a nutritional meal plan and explored every avenue we could to support his energy, reduce inflammation, and improve his quality of life. We tried HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy), acupuncture, vitamin C infusions, and other complementary therapies. James tried everything and never gave up. His determination, courage, and fighting spirit were truly remarkable.

He had HOPE and talked about HOPE, telling everyone it stood for “Having Outstanding People Everywhere” — so I dedicated this website name in his honor of “Hope.”

The journey

Faith, fight, and finally letting go.

Although James had faith in his doctors and underwent chemotherapy, his cancer ultimately progressed to his liver, and we reached a point where there were no more options available to us. Despite everything we tried, we could not stop the disease from taking its course.

Throughout this journey, James believed in me, my knowledge, and my passion for helping others. He always told me I should be on TV sharing my knowledge with the world. Before he passed, he encouraged me to continue pursuing my dreams and to carry on my legacy in nutrition and holistic wellness. His words remain close to my heart, and I know that honoring his wish by helping others is one of the most meaningful ways I can keep his spirit alive.

Carrying his spirit forward

HOPE lives on.

My mission is to turn the love, knowledge, and experience I gained through James’s journey into hope and support for others seeking a healthier life.
